By accessing or using yieldcurve.pro (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.


1. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. All data, tools, charts, signals, alerts, and analysis are provided for informational and educational purposes only. This includes — without limitation — the SweePro allocation signal, the Portfolio calculator, yield alerts, and any market data displayed on the Site.

Past performance of any model, signal, or strategy shown on this Site is not indicative of future results. Backtested results are hypothetical and do not represent actual investment returns.

Consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decision. We are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners.


2. Services

yieldcurve.pro provides:

  • Free tools: yield curve charts, duration calculators, ladder builders, scenario simulators, recession dashboards, and other analytical tools.
  • Alerts (paid): one-shot email notifications when yields, spreads, or regimes cross user-defined thresholds. One credit is consumed per fired alert.
  • API (paid): programmatic access to yield curve, auction, and FOMC data.
  • SweePro (paid subscription): a monthly model-driven T-bill allocation signal.
  • Newsletter: periodic market commentary delivered by email. Free to subscribe.
  • News feed (paid): curated fixed-income news aggregated from public sources.


3. No Warranty on Data Accuracy

Data is sourced from public government APIs (US Treasury, FRED) and third-party providers. We make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data, calculation, or signal on this Site. Do not rely on Site data for time-sensitive trading decisions.


4. Paid Services — Credits and Subscriptions

Credits are purchased through Stripe and used to fund alert notifications. Credits are non-refundable after purchase. Unused credits expire if your account is deleted.

Subscriptions (API, SweePro) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued.

Stripe processes all payments. We do not store payment card numbers. Your purchase is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.


5. User Content

By posting comments on the Site, you grant yieldcurve.pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content. You retain ownership of your comments. We may moderate, edit, or remove any comment at our discretion. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or in violation of any law.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or systematically download data beyond normal browser use without a paid API subscription
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication
  • Use the Site to transmit malware or engage in any unlawful activity
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the Site's proprietary models or signals


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, yieldcurve.pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to losses from investment decisions made in reliance on information obtained from this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of California.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date.
